The Door is Always There!

As humans, we often have a limited view of what’s possible and what could happen. This limited perspective can lead us to believe there’s no solution, that things won’t work out, or that we’re headed in the wrong direction. But how can we be sure if we don’t have the full picture? In this article, we’ll explore how our perception can be limited and the potential blind spots we might have when it comes to understanding all the amazing things that are possible in our world and for ourselves.

Imagine this: something unexpected happens, something you didn’t plan for, and suddenly you find yourself struggling to see other ways, struggling to see other doors. You feel like you’ve run out of options, like there are no other options left. But what if the only time there are no options is when you decide there aren’t? What if the doors never actually closed, and your perception is just limited to what you see now?

We’ve all had moments in our lives when nothing seemed to work, when everything felt very dark, darkness that feels like it could swallow you whole. In these moments, we don’t even see the door, everything seems so closed off. So we isolate ourselves and start asking rhetorical questions that only we can answer: “Why is this happening to me? Why is it so unfair? Why can’t I do anything right?”

In these situations, we often start to question ourselves, sometimes to the extreme. We become our own worst enemies, doubting our abilities. We become paralyzed with fear, unable to make a decision or take the necessary steps to move forward. We feel like there is no way out, and we start to despair. But the truth is, there’s always a way out. There are always possibilities.

We’ve also all experienced those moments of complete darkness when we stop attacking ourselves and make peace with the situation. A light starts to show, a little far away but still there. We start to follow it, and then more light starts showing up. And now we see it; we see the door just in front of us. We start to realize it was always there, but without the light, we couldn’t see it! Your light is your inner strength, your courage, and your hope. It’s what makes you strong enough to make it through the darkest times. It’s what gives you the power to find the way out, to find the door.

So in each situation where you feel like the light has left you, remember: it’s always there. You just have to switch it on. There’s always hope! You may not see it, but there is always a way in any situation. Trust that you’ll find a way, and you will. Take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Look around you; it will help you gain clarity and identify a solution. With an open mind, anything is possible.

Trusting it will bring some light to someone’s shadow,
